The focus of this course is fun with Classic rock, R & B, and blues repertoire accompanied by vocals with an emphasis on song arrangements.
There will be many opportunities for soloing – even beginner soloists will be strongly encouraged. Each song will have multi-level parts from easier to advanced, including charts for guitar with lyrics supplied for singing along. Where possible we will arrange harmonies.
Learn repertoire and get tips on jamming, soloing, harmony arranging, musicianship and arranging in general. Song sheets, charts, and mp3s will be provided by email. Although this class will focus mostly on guitar, all instruments, at all levels, are welcome. Electric guitars have been a part of this class for many years; just leave the Marshall at home.
Come and rock out in a civilized manner!
* Save $10 if you send in your cheque before Wednesday, January 29
