If you have learned a few swing tunes and are getting comfortable with basic swing chord shapes and moving them around, this is the place for you. We’ll learn some great swing standards and enjoy playing them with confidence and great rhythm. This term we’ll focus on nifty 3-note Freddie Green style chords that will let you move through tunes with ease. As always, we’ll also include a lovely bossa. Although most of the players in this class are guitarists, players of other instruments are very welcome.

Instructor Bio
Rosemary Campbell began studying music before she started school and has been playing and singing swing for more than 40 years. She is the Director of the Moveable Music School and the B C Swing Camp, and is on the board of directors of the Georgia Strait Guitar Workshop.
